Out of My Control

In reading an old journal entry of mine, I came across words that said: I am going to make a conscious effort to stop trying to figure things out.

Well, I need to go back to that saying. It’s funny how time keeps ticking but we find ourselves in some of the same situations, having some of the same feelings. I’m tired of recycling my life. I’m ready for something new in an emotional sense. Some things are beyond my control, out of grasp for me. Some things are not for me to understand, but to learn from and move on from.

’08 is about elevation for me. I am going to climb those stairs until I reach the last step, and then I am going to climb some more.

“For I know the plans I have for you…” Jeremiah 29:11
