Let Your Work Speak for You

Sometimes we do so much to draw the attention to our work. We feel like we’re standing on top of a mountain with a bullhorn yelling to the world, “Look at me!” while people walk by without so much as a shudder. We can save ourselves so much frustration and angst if we simply do the work and leave the work to speak for itself. When you are consistent with your work it has no choice but to work for you. Write the books. Sing the songs. Direct the short films. Create. Work your passion. You have a responsibility to do the work while it has an obligation to work for you. Stock your vault. Don’t worry, people will find you. The doors will open. You will be ready.
